Invitation to interior design/furniture companies

  1. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the State of Qatar invites interior design companies and furniture retailers (including dealerships) to participate the preliminary inspection (date TBA) to prepare and submit their quotations for necessary furniture and interior design at the Embassy’s building. Interested companies are requested to contact the contact point below:

 2. Period of Submission: Until February 4th, 2025

3. Required documents :

1) Quotation (after the inspection)

2) Copy of company licenses &permits issued by Qatar ministries and authorities

3) Catalogs of the furniture/electronics/interior items (furniture retailers)

  4) Statement of relevant experiences including the pictures of the work done previously (interior design companies)

  4. Selection of products/services will be based on comparing the price, quality of products listed in the submitted quotation, competitiveness of the company, etc. Please take note that only some products/services (or none) may be selected from each company’s quotation.
